Tariffs and booking

All male/female parties under the age of 25 years are only accepted at the owner's discretion. 

Non-walking babies and children over the age of 6 are most welcome. We do have a travel cot for non-walking babies. 

Owing to the Inglenook fireplace and the open staircase, we feel that there is a high risk of potential accidents for infants between the ages of 1 and 6. The person making the booking is responsible for the whole party. 

Sorry, but no pets allowed. We also request that there is no smoking inside the property.

Payment may be made by good old-fashioned cheque, internet banking or PayPal (this may incur an additional cost). Euros are accepted as well as Sterling Travellers cheques.

Note:  For all bookings, a deposit of one night’s accommodation is required at the time of the booking, and if the booking is within 2 weeks, full payment will be required. All prices are based on up to 4 persons. There will be a surcharge of 10% for each additional person per night to a maximum of 6 persons in total, to cover extra costs for hot water and laundry/cleaning, etc.
